Steps to Set Up and Activate the Service

  1. Download and Install Software
    • Download the required software from the provided links.
    • Copy the software to a USB flash drive and update your Set-Top Box (STB) with the file.
  2. Factory Reset and Satellite Search
    • After the update, restart the STB and perform a factory default reset.
    • Navigate to the satellite settings and conduct a “Satellite Search” for Eutelsat 7B (7.0E).
    • Frequencies:
      1. 10762 H 30000
      2. 10845 H 30000
      3. 10887 H 30000
  3. Access Channels
    • Once the search is complete, check the channel list for encrypted “B-GLSTV” programs.
    • You will find 5 channels, including:
      • 3 French channels
      • 2 English channels

    How to order VIP Subscription:

    1. Ensure your receiver system software is up to date, signal quality is good, the device is connected to the internet.
    2. Enter the receiver Serial Number (SN) of your device.
    3. Where to find Serial Number (SN): (Menu > system setting > About STB)
    4. Enter SN in the field above.
    5. The order process will take 1-60 minutes only during business hours.
    6. After the order is complete, reboot the receiver.
